Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is an issue with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at orders@beachfrontjava.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we’ll promptly handle your refund or exchange request. Please do not return coffee or food items. Shipping and processing charges may apply.

 

For all non-food items please be advised.

Products sold in sets must be returned as sets; partial returns will not be accepted.

Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Non-food Items must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Shipping, Refunds & Return Policy

We offer FREE shipping in the Continental U.S. only excluding Alaska and Hawaii & orders ship in 3-5 business days and 7-10 business days in peak seasons. We will advise of any delays due to seasonal volume, or supply issues.

We accept returns received to us within 30 days of the purchase date (non-food items only). 

You can return any non-food item that is not damaged or defective for any reason in new and unused condition in its original packaging and does not follow any of the previously listed criteria.

The buyer pays for return shipping on all non-damaged or defective items.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, food items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your initial item will be refunded upon approval.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you receive your refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
